Highlight: Oven friendly! I'm sure this compress has other great features but oven-friendliness is really the reason that I decided to stock it. There are so many people who either don't have a microwave, or don't want to use one. These days of course there are quite a few USB warm compresses available, but not everybody wants to sit there plugged into something either. 

Otherwise, its general merits as a compress... the cover is good quality and washable, and the strap is plenty sturdy. The side that goes towards your eyes is nice and silky. Definitely a practical overall design for a wearable compress.

The Eye Doctor Premium® treatment pack contains The Eye Doctor reusable antibacterial hot eye compress and Eyelid Wipes.

Our hot and warm eye mask features our patented Sterileyes® technology, which acts as an antibacterial shield on the compress, clinically proven to reduce potentially harmful bacteria by up to 99.99%. The patented solution is bound to the fibres of the fabrics to protect the eyes from potentially harmful bacteria. This fabric is antimicrobial to leading the three causative microorganisms of eye infections and that associated with Dry Eye development. 

How does The Eye Doctor Premium® work?

The Eye Doctor Premium® antibacterial heated eye compress helps relieve symptoms of various eye conditions and complications, such as dry eye and blepharitis, by heating the eyelids externally. There is strong scientific research which indicates warming the eyelids stimulates the glands, relieving any tension and irritation of the eyes.

Filled with BodyBeads® self-hydrating technology, this product can be used in excess of 365 times (or once a day for a year) and can be heated in both the microwave and oven.

Our BodyBeads® technology has passed all appropriate independent safety tests for both the microwave and oven. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and is proven to be more resistant to overheating than natural grain.
