In the OcuTherm system, you spray this solution on the hygiene sheet which goes over the heat pack just before placing it on your eyes. It's easy to use and I found it very pleasant on the skin. I'm not necessarily a connoisseur of this type of thing, so I don't have a lot to say about it and can't compare it with other things, but I know a lot of our customers use the various Eye Eco hydrating sprays with their Tranquileyes, so you'll know roughly what I'm talking about. I can only say this is very gentle and non-irritating, with no strong fragrances.

3.75-oz bottle of OcuTherm Thermal Hygiene™ solution, formulated for OcuTherm therapy, is designed to provide support for the eyelids and surrounding skin, both during and after moisturized heat treatments. Depending on use, each bottle typically provides enough solution for 60 to 90 treatments. A fine-mist sprayer ensures precise application.
