I am, alas, skin care illiterate. I leave this stuff to the pros. All I know about this one is that it is a well liked product from a trusted company catering to the dry eye crowd. I have a lot of confidence in their lid care foams. I just can't speak intelligently about this product.
So why did I add this product to the shop, if I can't describe it properly? Well, honestly, every now and then I'll be talking to someone who has issues with their eyelids and skin around their eyes in general getting so dry and uncomfortable because of all their dry eye treatments. I figure this product can probably help some of them, and hopefully people who try it will educate me.

Instructions for use
Before applying, tap the bottom of the bottle against the palm of your hand a couple of times to activate the airless pump. Gently apply serum to clean eyelids and sensitive surrounding skin morning and night.
