About I-Lid 'n Lash Plus Wipes with Tea Tree Oil

  • Gentle
  • Contains tea tree oil and hyaluronan
  • Daily cleansing and makeup removal
  • 60 wipes packaged in jar

Description (Rebecca's)

60 wipes in a nice slimy wet stack in a jar. Closely similar to the Oasis tea tree wipes that used to be available.

This is actually the one I use most myself. That's not to say I consider it the best on the market, it's just that some aspects meet my needs/wants better. I don't care for individually packaged wipes, from a waste standpoint, and I find the material of these gentler than the Ocusoft ones, plus it's just slightly less hassle than using foams (though I still sometimes use a foam lid cleanser while showering). Also, tea tree products vary a lot in strength and we don't all have the same tolerances, but I get along pretty well with this one.

The jar of 30 is meant to be for one month - that is, one wipe for each eye, each day. But you know, the reality is, many of us aren't able to budget that much, so I imagine people using one side on one eye and the other side on the other eye (instructions to the contrary notwithstanding) or simply cutting them in half as many do with the Ocusoft type wipes.

Anyway, bottom line, this is a practical and useful gentle eyelid cleansing product for those who don't want to deal with applying a foam or gel.

Finally, it's worth noting that this is one of three in a product family: this one, the basic lid wipe (this one minus tea tree), and the gel.

  • Safe for Contact Lens Wearers
  • Enhances Dry Eye Treatment Regimens
  • Effective Cleanser

One Simple Step for Daily Lid and Lash Hygiene

Our gentle, non-irritating formula cleans and removes ocular debris and eye makeup while hydrating the skin. It helps to maintain lid and lash health and enhances the effectiveness of artificial tears. The addition of a daily eyelid hygiene regimen to a treatment based on tear lubricants helps restore corneal health, allowing the eye to function normally.

Instructions for Use

Apply a moist, warm compress to closed eyelid in order to loosen encrusted debris and secretions. Gently rub eyelids and eyelash roots with the I-LID 'N LASH PLUS pre-soaked wipe in a circular motion until all debris is removed. any remaining I-LID 'N LASH PLUS need not be rinsed off. Repeat as needed for the second eye using a clean wipe.

Or, see these detailed instructions (PDF)
