I chose this product after finishing the bottle of Menicon Unique pH provided by my optometrist and before The Dry Eye Shop began stocking Unique pH.
Pros: viscous, convenient 3.5 oz. bottle, easy-to-open flip-top bottle cap which seems to close firmly
Cons: messy to use in the morning, dried solution around cap presents an unappealing sight, bottle does not meet TSA airline liquid travel size restriction
I am a new (April 2017) scleral lens user after 20 plus years of mostly RGP, then hybrid RGP contact lens use. I wear my lenses 14-16 hours per day, every day.
While Boston Simplus is a fine product I prefer not to use it due to its requirement to clean the lenses AFTER soaking overnight (or at least four hours) in the solution.
