  • 1 oz (30g) bottle

Description (by Rebecca)

More and more people are finding they want a more natural approach to controlling dry eye disease. There are many fine eyelid hygiene products with a variety of active ingredients, and some of them are focusing on eliminating potentially irritating chemicals.

But... what if you could eliminate all chemicals?

I've added this product, which was developed by a chronic blepharitis patient, to the shop because I think that there are a lot of people who struggle with sensitivities to various ingredients. Many people with chronic dry eye or blepharitis have little choice about the numbers of things they use, so any opportunity to eliminate additional chemicals can be a good thing. Beyond that, of course, the medical benefits of Manuka honey are becoming much better known, including things like Manuka honey based eye drops.

If you try this product, please let me know what you think! I have not used it personally, but my daughter did and liked it.

The first cosmetic grade Manuka honey eyelid cleanser - the most effective way to clean your eyes!

Ideal for:
People diagnosed with demodex, blepharitis and dry eye

Suggested Use:

Place 1 - 2 drops of the cleanser on a cotton swab. Gently apply the honey on the outside of the eyelid. Repeat on all eyelids. Leave the honey cleanser on the eyelids for 5 to 20 minutes. Apply on the eyebrows if needed. Use a damp cotton pad to gently wipe away the honey first and after that rinse lids and lashes well with water. Use daily in the morning and at night.

User Feedback

From Marion, 11/14/18: Pricey! I have not tried this BUT...I use Manuka honey on my eyelids, applied overnite. I use Manuka Doctor 20+ and it costs much less. I am sure this product is probably effective and maybe easier to apply than straight honey. I have had decreased inflammation since I started this routine. I wish everyone good luck and to feel better.
