Many of them are nearly identical to each other, but not all. It's about 5 inches from the middle of one eyecup to the middle of the other, compared to about 3.5\" (Bruder) to about 4-4.5\" (most others). If your eyes are fairly wide apart this will be perfect, otherwise you might find yourself pushing it inwards a teensy bit to pack the heat where you want it. The aspect of this that bothered me personally (but may not be an issue for you!) was a lot of the bulk of the beads reaching way outside my eye area itself.
