Port Ludlow Bay
Most trails lead to the Bay in Port Ludlow. My family and I foraged for rose hips and spotted some Black Turnstones most recently.

Foraging
In no particular order: Native (Rubus ursinus), Himalayan, and Sawtooth Evergreen blackberries; a frog friend; apples; and rose hips. The invasive blackberries were huge this year--we froze many gallons to use this winter. Among Leah, Rebecca, and myself we shared cookies, cakes, jam, apples, cucumbers, squash, and more.
Although technically not foraged, I also experimented with a Shiitake mushroom block from the Chimacum farmer's market.

Aidan's visitors
Unidentified birds who hung out on the ledge outside Aidan and Rebecca's offices. This was about the time we moved in and I had started working in person.
