This is an emulsion (milky-looking oil based drops) and is quite popular. This is not a drop that I have used personally so I can't share my experience with it. I am stocking it because of customer requests... I have quite a few customers for whom this is the drop that is the most comfortable and the longest lasting. 

Lipid-replenishing formula utilizes electrostatic attraction to stabilize the tear film and protect against moisture loss. Preservative-Free.

Uses

For use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.

Warnings

For use in the eyes only.

Do not use

if solution changes color.

When using this product

do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination.

do not reuse once opened.

Stop use and ask a doctor if

you feel eye pain or changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye.

the condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.

Keep out of reach of children.

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. 

Directions

Shake well before using. 

Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed and discard container.

Other Information

Use only if tamper seals on top and bottom flaps are intact.

Drops appear as a milky white solution.

Store between 15º-30ºC (59º-86ºF).

Inactive Ingredients 

Cetrimonium bromide, glycerin, poloxamer 188, tris hydrochloride, tromethamine, tyloxapol, water for injection.

Very effective for my dry eyes!

I've been using Hylo Forte drops for daily dry eye relief. These are equivalent or better. And MUCH easier to manage than Hylo Forte when away from home. I have not found another "vial" option that works for me. I will definitely be using more of these!

Thick and soothing

These drops are really nice. I replaced these over GenTeal Gel for nighttime care, and I like how less greasy and heavy they make my eyes feel.

No more gritty sandy feeling in my eyes

My optometrist recommended Retaine MGD because my oil glands don't function well. These are the first drops that make my eyes feel silky and smooth when I blink after inserting the drops. And the fact that they are preservative free means I can use them as many times as I like during the day. I highly recommend them.
