About Tea Tree Eyelid Foaming Cleanser by WeLoveEyes

    • Multi-purpose cleanser
    • Compatible with eyelash extensions
    • 1.69 oz bottle (50mL)

    Description (by Rebecca)

Added late October 2017. I don't have personal experience with this yet (I don't wear eye makeup regularly). But I've heard rave reviews of this product line, which I first heard of from my optometrist in Seattle who loves them. I will update this when I've had more feedback and I am having others on the team try it too.

I have to say, I love websites that don't make it super difficult to reach the ingredients list. This company has it readily accessible.

SUGGESTED USE. Shake well before use. Wash hands. Remove contact lenses prior to use. Dispense 2 pumps onto clean fingertips. With eyes closed, gently rub onto eyelids & eyelashes. Rinse with water. Towel dry. Use nightly.

P.S. Close your eyes when using this product.

    For lash extensions:
    • Use a pea-sized amount on a clean makeup brush to encourage eyeliner & eyeshadow removal from the upper eyelids. Rinse the brush in water then use the brush to rinse off any soap and eye makeup residue from eyelids until clean. Dr Gill does not recommend wearing any waterproof eye makeup or mascara while wearing lash extensions.
    • Wear lots of eyeliner? Use 1 drop of our makeup remover oil on a cosmetic q-tip to quietly & carefully erase it away.

Struggled with Demodex for a L-o-n-g time!

The We Love Eyes Tea Tree eyelash foaming cleanser has been a game changer for me! I had RK in 1993 and a full cornea transplant six years ago. Since my transplant, I have struggled with demodex. I have tried all the usual tea tree oil products including wipes and other tea tree eyelid cleansers. I found that it would take care of the mites, but I would have crusty, super dry and irritated eyes as those products were actually too strong for me and would adversely affect my eyes. I do not wear makeup, but I use this cleanser in the morning and the evening and have had great results. I was actually being too aggressive with my cleansing routine and this product is gentler on my eyes. This may or may not work for you, but it is certainly worth a try! My eye doctor is impressed as i have not had any demodex problems the past two checkups!

    I LOVE THIS!

Definitely will keep re-ordering. It cleanses the lashes and eyelids very well without being overly drying. Gets light make up off pretty well. Not only that, but I use it on my whole face and it has gotten rid of my acne, while still keeping an acceptable amount of moisture in my skin. I only wish it came in a larger sized bottle, but it still lasted me about 2 months with pretty regular use.
