This is my first experience trying hydrochlorous acid and so far absolutely love it. It's now become part of my daily routine for taking care of my ocular surface disease. This being a chronic condition, I need to rely on night time PM Ointments due to partial facial paralysis following acoustic neuroma surgery nearly 40 years ago. These lubricant ointments are very messy and difficult to remove from the eye area using regular face cleanser. This really became a problem when I started wearing sclerals (PROSE device) a few years ago since the residue from the ointments causes added blurring/fogging/streaking on the device while wearing it throughout the day. Been trying out different products, finally this one very happy with! I use it first thing in the morning to clean my eye from the night. Just spray a small amount on the plain cleansing pad and wipe the eyelid, lash area. No burning, no stinging, no adverse reactions! I do also use the OcuSoft Plus Lid Scrub (which I love as well) after using my usual face cleanser. I know it sounds like a lot but if it workds that's all that matters!
