There are a lot of lid cleansing foams on the market of various sorts. Some are medicated, many have tea tree oil. This one has... okra. Yes, that's the claim to fame. I do not have personal experience of this other than brief trials, so I can't give a detailed review. I found it very gentle and pleasant. Personally I tend to prefer lid cleansing products that I don't have to rinse off, but that's usually wipes, and many people find foams more comfortable to use than wipes.
