I think of Oasis Tears Plus and a couple of the Optase brand drops as the best choice for those with the most severe symptoms, then Biotrue Hydration Boost and Systane Hydration as kind of the \"medium strength\" workhorse eye drops.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan\u003eWith all eye drops containing sodium hyaluronate , there is a complication that makes it difficult and frustrating to compare any two eye drops on their merits.
