Preservative Free Salines

Preservative-free salines fall into two categories:

  1. Buffered (Nutrifill, Purilens, ScleralFil) - these salines contain additives which raise and stabilize the pH to match the pH of the eye.
  2. Unbuffered (Lacripure, Tangible Fill, VibrantVue) - these salines are 0.9% sodium chloride solution with no additives
