I use Purilens Saline Solution to help remediate my dry eye condition, in the morning and before bedtime. Though my condition is moderate, it is nonetheless bothersome, & sometimes worse at times, and I'm grateful that this product is still in production and also available through the Dry Eye Shop. I like this product so much more than any of the lubricating eye drop formulations available (and I've tried them ALL), though I do occasionally use Refresh Plus (by Allergan) Preservative Free Lubricant Eye Drops for back up (keep some vials in my purse, car, nightstand) when it's not convenient to use the Purilens Saline.
