FedEx has activated contingency plans to mitigate impacts from a weather disruption at the Memphis hub last night. Potential delays are possible for package deliveries with a commitment of Friday, January 10, 2025.
There may be different levels of impact depending on selected services, city, state and ZIP Code. Please continue to check the Service Alerts page for updated information as the storm progresses.
Residential recipients can enroll in FedEx Delivery Manager to stay informed of their shipment’s progress.
Consistent with the provisions of the FedEx Service Guide, shipments delayed due to winter storms are not eligible for a refund or credit under the Money-Back Guarantee policy.
