"Subscribe & Save" (Recurring orders)

What is "Subscribe & Save"?

We offer recurring order service on things like contact lens solutions, eyedrops and eyelid hygiene products. You set up an automated shipment and then we ship it to you at whatever interval you've selected.

How do I start?

  1. Select the "Subscribe & Save" option on the product you want to purchase,
  2. Select how frequently you want the product sent to you.
  3. Add to cart
  4. Add any other items you need (whether one-time or recurring).
  5. Proceed to checkout and complete order as usual.

The shipping method you use for this order will be the shipping method on the recurring order. So, if you need this order quickly, but just ground shipping on regular orders, please call or email or text us or put a note on the order so we can modify your recurring order up correctly.

What if I need a different interval?

If you need a custom interval, let us know and we can take care of that for you!

Can I swap products?

Absolutely. You can change products, or add things at any time.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, there is a minimum of two shipments required in order to have your discount.

How will I know when an order is coming?

You'll get an email a few days beforehand letting you know that we're getting ready to ship an order. If you need to make any changes, postpone it, etc, just let us know right away and we'll take care of it.

What if I need my products sooner?

Call or text or email anytime and we'll be happy to help.

Can I manage my recurring orders online?

Yes, absolutely. Just log into your account and you will see a link to manage any subscription orders. However, if you have already received an order confirmation, you will not be able to cancel that order online - you'll need to let us know.

We have full phone support for recurring orders.

When you need your eye stuff, you really need it! We understand that. We don't want you to run out of anything. We are constantly tweaking subscription orders for people who call or email us. Please don't hesitate to reach out. 

How do I cancel (terminate) the subscription?

You can terminate your subscription online after the 2nd purchase. Since you are receiving a discount based on becoming a repeat customer for the product, it involves this minimum purchase, but if there are extenuating circumstances you can always call and talk to us about an exception.
