Many people in our dry eye community wear moisture-chamber glasses specifically for the increased humidity. In some environments, the obvious trade-off may be excess fogging on the lenses - meaning our moisture needs end up at war with our vision needs. 

Aidan came across Nano Magic at Vision Expo West in Las Vegas last September and thought the wipes worked quite well. While obviously the environment there was very dry, some glasses fogging was inevitable due to the combination of glasses and a mask. Since then, I've tried it out on both my regular glasses and some moisture chambers and find it quite effective.

The wipes are obviously handier on the go, but if you expect to use it frequently, the spray is probably the better buy.

I couldn't begin to explain the technical reasons of how/why these work, but the people who make and sell it sure seem to nerd out on it.

I imagine that no anti-fog anything is going to address extremely high humidity 100%. Please post reviews when you try this and tell us the specifics of what kind of moisture chambers you were using and maybe how high the humidity is where you live. I'm looking forward to hearing how well they work for those who have the biggest issues with fogging.

Best option I've tried

I purchased this spray to use on my Wiley X glasses that I wear when running. When I run in the cold, the glasses would fog up quite quickly until I applied this spray. I sometimes end up with condensation in the glasses, especially when it is really cold and I've been out for about a half an hour, but they aren't fogged and I can still see (always a win, right?). It does need to be reapplied occasionally, and my biggest problem is remembering to do that.

Works pretty well

I wear 7Eye Ventus glasses all the time outdoors, but they really fogged up, especially in the car. I tried 2 other anti-fog sprays, and anti-fog coating from the manufacturer, but Nano Magic works the best. The moisture sometimes condenses on the inside of the lens though (liquid not fog), but I can dab it dry.

Reduces fogging

The Nano Magic spray reduces almost all condensation on my moisture chamber goggles when I am indoors. I haven't yet tried it wearing a mask though. When I am doing outdoor activities in the cold (10 F), this spray buys me about 10 minutes before my glasses fog up. Prior to using the spray they would fog up immediately outdoors in cold weather. This is a good product and worth buying, but it has its limits.
