What it's like

This is a thin drop. For many people, that's a plus, as it won't blur your vision or "feel" thick, whereas for others who are more symptomatic, it may not last long enoug.

Eyeganics is 0.2% glycerin (the lowest concentration on the market - and that's even including drops that contain additional lubricant ingredients) plus salt and water. For most people, should be comfortable. It is also, incidentally, a great way to test out whether you tolerate glycerin, since there are no buffers or other substantive ingredients.

I consider this a decent eye drop for those who need a lightweight daytime drop and want to keep ingredients to a minimum. Please check out the reviews to see others' comments.

Some important context about "natural" sounding eye drops

Many people would like more natural eye drops. This may be because of multiple chemical sensitivities, or a philosophical preference, or a general belief that the chemicals in eye drops may not be safe. In the past, homeopathic eye drops met a lot of this demand. However, homeopathic eye drops are no longer sold in the US.
Today, Scam Pharma is filling the void and meeting this demand by offering many eye drops that claim to be natural. Frequently, these products are flying completely under the FDA radar, have no manufacturing oversight, and may or may not even contain the things they claim to. This raises serious safety concerns.

This context makes me appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into developing Eyeganics - a certified organic eye drop with the least possible ingredients but manufactured in a reputable facility and sold at a reasonable price for something this specialized.

Aug 2025: It's been disappointing to see this company pursuing an aggressively negative marketing campaign on social media. I feel they would be better served by explaining their product's benefits rather than engaging in scare tactics and misleading information to undermine confidence in others' products. There's room for everyone in the market.
