Okay , but with a few caveats
Bion Tears have been around for a long time, and I just rediscovered them. The PF drops do a good job of keeping the eyes lubricated. However, I don't understand why they only put 28 vials in the box, especially when you are instructed to throw the vial away immediately after use. If you have to use several vials per day, the 28-vial supply isn't too cost effective.
Also, the box states that you should use the vials within 4 days of opening the foil pouch. That seems odd to me, since none of the other PF drops I have purchased that have the vials in pouches give that warning. I contacted the manufacturer to ask about this, and I was told that the pH of the product drops if the pouch is open for more than 4 days. Kind of weird, since the vials themselves are sealed (unless the foil pouch protects them from light or something else that drops the pH?). Good to know, but why can't they formulate a product with a stable pH? If you use the drops occasionally rather than daily, a lot of vials will go to waste if they are in an open pouch for more than 4 days.
For these reasons, I'm not sure if I will purchase Bion Tears PF again.

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention! It appears there was a subtle change in packaging that we did not notice.
Please let us know if you need other recommendations for drops, something in a multi-dose preservative free bottle might be a better fit if you are finding you cannot use up the 4 vials in 4 days.
