I'm so glad you've found the Bion Tears helpful! - Just for the benefit of other readers i would want to clarify that OTC lubricants can't really be directly compared with prescription drugs.
I have been using these drops for about two weeks. The difference has been amazing! I have a cabinet full of other PF eyedrops that really did nothing to help my dry eye. My optometrist even had me get Xiidra, which after using for a couple of weeks, not only made my eyes itchy, but I ended up with a mild conjunctivitis in my left eye from it. This product is the only one that has worked well for me.

I'm super happy that this drop has worked so well for you! Thanks for sharing!
Just going to add a quick word of caution to readers though - over-the-counter lubricants work very differently from prescription medications, and any changes to one's prescription dry eye meds should be in consultation one's eye doctor :)
Bion are the only eye drop I can use! Everything else I tried before I found these causes stinging or worse. Even a prescription didn't do as good a job of relieving age related sensitivity and dryness. And the little vials are re-closeable so none gets wasted. Love this stuff, can't do without it!
Bion Tears were the only drops I used for years -- the only ones I could find that didn't make my eyes sting. And then they disappeared. I couldn't find them anywhere, and it's been a long and frustrating battle trying to find eyedrops that I can use. I finally did find some a few months ago through Dr. Sam Berne, but I'm still glad to know that Bion Tears are available in case I ever need them again.
