Too difficult to squeeze drops out
This review is not for the drops but for the bottle. The only way I can get drops out is to grip the bottle with a pair of pliers. This is strong enough to get the drops out. Will probably not be buying this again due to the difficulty and the hassle of having to carry pliers with me if I take it on the go. Definitely needs a re-design.

Hi there! So sorry to hear that, and I want to thank you for the feedback. We can pass it along to the manufacturer. I'm going to also suggest filing a Medwatch complaint (check the box for "noticed a problem with the quality of the product").
I would be interested in learning more about your experience, for example, was it like this from the get-go or was it after using some of it? This product is packaged in the Aptar bottle and while it's generally considered pretty good, it tends to be a bit sensitive to how it's handled.
In my own experience, I prefer the Comod and the ABAK bottles over all of the "flat-top" bottles, but they are not widely used in the US. Here's a link for more info.

Last, if you weren't able to use the Refresh Relieva enough to get your money's worth, we're happy to refund it or provide an in-store credit just contact us and provide us with your Dry Eye Shop order number starting with the letters "DES". If it was purchased elsewhere, you will need to contact the company you purchased from.
