I'm on the phone with a customer. They need to upgrade their shipping method so that they'll get the package faster. Only, it's already been processed, packed, and is currently on its way out the door along with many others the post office guy just arrived to pick up.
Brent rushes out, grabs the package from the postal worker, changes the shipping method, voids the label, prints out a new one, slaps it on the package and gets it into the postal vehicle, all before they can put it in gear and rive off.
If that's not hands on service, I don't know what is!
