If you're an existing customer and your password doesn't seem to be working, it's probably because it's the first time you've tried to log in to our brand new shop. You will need to re-activate your account before you can log in.
Please go straight to the "Create account" page and follow the instructions. After you click on the activation link in the email it sends you, you will be able to log in.
- You don't have to log in to place an order! If you use the same email address as before, it will be added to your account history and you'll see it when you do log in.
- You cannot create a new account using the same email as an existing account. This is a good thing! We had constant duplicates in our old system.
If you're a new customer (January 11, 2018 or later), and you created an account but can't log in, please use the "Forgot your password?" link - it seems to be much more friendly than our last one! Or give us a call if we can help walk you through it.
