Help, I can't log in!

If you're an existing customer and your password doesn't seem to be working, it's probably because it's the first time you've tried to log in to our brand new shop. You will need to re-activate your account before you can log in.  Please go straight to the "Create account" page and follow the instructions. After you click on the activation link in the email it sends you, you will be able to log in. Also note: You don't have to log in to place an order! If you use the same email address as before, it will be added to your account...
