Olympics in the rear view mirror (so to speak) to our west
Mount Baker (in the Cascades) to our northeast
Clear crisp fall day
It was a beautiful day for a ferry ride to Seattle, with gorgeous views of the Olympic and Cascade mountains.

Yes Linda for sure – on those very clear days we get some great views from the water. I see it more often from the Hood Canal Bridge!
Amazing, Rebecca, to think that I’m often gazing at Mt. Baker as well, way up here near Bellingham while you enjoy it’s beauty as well way down south! Makes you aware of its size and grandeur!
