We care.

We have a deep commitment to the ocular surface disease patient community. We listen well and we constantly advocate for the community.

We're experts, because details matter.

We master all the trivia of dry eye and scleral lens products because details that seem very minor may actually make a big difference to patients' daily lives.

We prioritize product safety.

We closely monitor eye drop safety issues in particular. We are always on top of product recalls and notify customers promptly about any recalls affecting the community (including products we don’t stock here).

We're fast.

Orders placed by the order cutoff ship out same day.

We are about service, not sales.

No upsell, oversell, hard sell, etc. We want to help people find the right match for their needs, and anticipate questions they may have.

If someone has an issue, we'll get to the bottom of it. If they are looking for something we don’t have, we’ll track it down, and if it's been discontinued or recalled, we will find them alternatives. We love being asked questions of any kind - if we don’t know the answer, we’ll find it.

We pick up the phone.

Many of our customers prefer to order by phone or will call with questions before ordering. We love to talk with them.

We always know what's going on.

Manufacturer backorders? Product shortages? Recalls? New products on the way? Chances are, we're the first to know.

We purchase direct from all the manufacturers, which helps us keep in the loop on manufacturer-side changes.

We are real.

No marketing fluff. We believe in telling it like it is.

We speak Spanish.

Well, not all of us, but Brenda does (she's our full time CSR).

We care about your low-income patients.

  • We can help your patients choose low-cost options or even lower cost sources if necessary.
  • Our Freebies program offers free returned goods on an honor system basis to those who need them. (Depending on availability, we can send freebies to doctors for their patients.)
  • We encourage our customers to donate loyalty points, which we can then use towards purchases for needy customers.
  • In special cases we'll find an individual sponsor for a patient with a need.

We're all about education.

We stock everything (well... almost.)

We aim to offer a broad range within each of our specialty areas. We're also responsive to customer requests about products they want us to stock.

We do not not attempt to stock every trending product in our categories. The most common reason for us to decline a product (because yes, companies reach out regularly asking us to add their product(s)) is safety concerns. Especially with eye drops.

We are collaborative, not competitive.

We’re not trying to compete with any other business. We readily refer people out if we think they will be better served elsewhere or can get a product we don’t offer.

We refer patients to Dry Eye Foundation (and other nonprofits) for more support.

People need more than just stuff for their disease journey. We love helping connect them with educational materials and support groups.

We're fun :)

Eye diseases are tough. We'd like to be one of the few parts of their disease journey (in addition to their eye doctor, of course!) that can put a smile on patients' faces.
