*Exceptions: Out of stock items (we will notify you within 1 business day of the expected shipping date) and Purilens orders (1).

When will my order arrive?

(1) About Purilens

FedEx Ground and 2Day Purilens orders placed after 7am Pacific / 10am Eastern ship the next business day. Overnight orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific ship same-day.

We are shipping Purilens from zip code 07728 (Freehold, NJ). East Coast orders generally take 1-2 business days in transit and West Coast orders take 4-5.

Some USPS Priority Mail orders may be automatically upgraded to FedEx 2-day for faster service. For Ground Purilens orders actual shipping method will vary. 

(2) About Fedex Ground and Home Delivery

Delivery times for Fedex Home Delivery and Ground services depend on your location. We are shipping from zip code 98370 (Poulsbo, WA). You can use the Fedex Ground Service Maps to see typical delivery times measured in business days after shipping. But here's a rough guide:

• West coast: 2 days
• Mountain states: 3 days
• Midwest and south: 4 days
• East coast: 5 days
• Hawaii: 6 days
• Alaska: 7+ days

Exception: Timing is generally the opposite for Purilens orders shipping from New Jersey. See section 1 above. 

(2) About USPS Priority Mail

Based on a recent (Oct 2020) internal audit, here's our experience with Priority Mail:

• 50% arrive within 2 days (excluding Sundays)
• 80% arrive within 3 days (excluding Sundays)
• 95% arrive within 4 days (excluding Sundays).
• 5% take longer than 4 days. The slowest in the period we audited was 8 days. There was a Sunday in that 8 days, so it was a week and a half, and to the customer it felt longer still.

(3) About USPS Ground Advantage

Ground Advantage (new July 2023) replaces First Class Mail is only available on orders under 1 lb shipping weight. Like Priority Mail, Ground Advantage typically arrives in 4 days or fewer. However, it can also sometimes take a week or more.  

Can I get my money back if it takes too long?

Sorry... we cannot refund your shipping just because the timing did not meet your expectations. As of January 2022, even FedEx has suspended their money-back guarantee for 2-Day and Ground services. If you need it fast and can't afford fast shipping, please put a note on your order or give us a call and we'll see if we can help.

Note: If you're worried about an order that you feel should have arrived by now, please contact us right away. 

How can I save money on shipping?

Tip #1: Plan ahead.

Avoid costly expedited shipping fees by purchasing far enough in advance to ensure you don't run low of anything you need.

Online shopping and shipping have, of course been affected a great deal by Covid and will continue to evolve. We advise building in a few more days 'padding' when you plan your purchases, just in case.

Tip #2: Always buy at least two at a time... especially if it's liquid!

If you're trying out new things, it's understandable that you only want one. But if there are items you purchase regularly, such as preservative-free saline solution or any other heavy item, try to avoid purchasing just one box. Adding another box usually only adds a dollar or two to the shipping cost.

Orders placed online or by phone can be picked up downstairs between 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Please let us know when you expect to come so we can have your order waiting for you.

Twelve Trees Business Park is off Highway 3 at Pioneer Way, about halfway between Poulsbo and the Hood Canal Bridge. Turn west on to Pioneer, then the second left is Twelve Trees. Follow the road straight back, take the second right and go all the way down. We are the back of the last building on the left and there is plenty of parking available all around the building.
