(1) About Purilens
FedEx Ground and 2Day Purilens orders placed after 7am Pacific / 10am Eastern ship the next business day. Overnight orders placed before 1:00pm Pacific ship same-day.
We are shipping Purilens from zip code 07728 (Freehold, NJ). East Coast orders generally take 1-2 business days in transit and West Coast orders take 4-5.
Some USPS Priority Mail orders may be automatically upgraded to FedEx 2-day for faster service. For Ground Purilens orders actual shipping method will vary.
(2) About Fedex Ground and Home Delivery
Delivery times for Fedex Home Delivery and Ground services depend on your location. We are shipping from zip code 98370 (Poulsbo, WA). You can use the Fedex Ground Service Maps to see typical delivery times measured in business days after shipping. But here's a rough guide:
- West coast: 2 days
- Mountain states: 3 days
- Midwest and south: 4 days
- East coast: 5 days
- Hawaii: 6 days
- Alaska: 7+ days
Exception: Timing is generally the opposite for Purilens orders shipping from New Jersey. See section 1 above.
(3) About USPS Priority Mail
Based on a recent (Oct 2020) internal audit, here's our experience with Priority Mail:
- 50% arrive within 2 days (excluding Sundays)
- 80% arrive within 3 days (excluding Sundays)
- 95% arrive within 4 days (excluding Sundays).
- 5% take longer than 4 days. The slowest in the period we audited was 8 days. There was a Sunday in that 8 days, so it was a week and a half, and to the customer it felt longer still.
(4) About USPS Ground Advantage
Ground Advantage (new July 2023) replaces First Class Mail is only available on orders under 1 lb shipping weight. Like Priority Mail, Ground Advantage typically arrives in 4 days or fewer. However, it can also sometimes take a week or more.
Can I get my money back if it takes too long?
In most cases, no. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping just because the timing did not meet your expectations. If you need it fast and can't afford fast shipping, please put a note on your order or give us a call and we'll see if we can help you find a local place to purchase.

How can I save money on shipping?
Tip #1: Plan ahead.
Tip #2: Always buy at least two at a time... especially if it's liquid!
Tip #3: Find the "sweet spot" for your favorite product.

Twelve Trees Business Park is off Highway 3 at Pioneer Way, about halfway between Poulsbo and the Hood Canal Bridge. From Highway 3, turn west on to Pioneer Way, then the second left is Twelve Trees Lane. We are the second building on the right- halfway down the hill, right across from Twelve Trees Storage. There is plenty of parking available in front of the building.
