What do you wish more people understood about dry eye (or eye pain if that's your main issue) and how it affects people's lives?
Its seriousness, its effects, the ignorance of eye doctors especially surgeons
What has helped you the most?
I feel too tired to share as much as I want to be shared. But I’ll share that the thing that has helped me most is my naturally occurring processes without any intervention by doctors. In addition eating a whole food plant based diet, moisture chamber goggles at night when they don’t irritate my eyes since I think they’re too close to my eye lashes, any good quality eye drops for short term most of the time, any good quality eye gel for short term most of the time but I have to be careful of the flakes and goop they leave around my eye, probably most of all, ointments that I even wear during the day in my lagopthalmus eye.
