Dry eye, blepharitis, keratokonus, scared corneas leading to 2 cornea transplants

What do you wish more people understood about dry eye (or eye pain if that's your main issue) and how it affects people's lives?
Dry eye can at times be totally debilitating.
What has helped you the most?
At various times I've used: Microwave eye heat masks every few hrs, Occusoft eye lid wash morning and night, overcounter drops every hour, humidifier on face at night, 2 fish oil tablets daily, Restasis 2x daily then xiidra 2x daily, FML 1 to 4x daily, muro 128 2x daily. Never use overhead fans. Minimize heating/cooling in car with all fans pointing away from my face.
