Blepharitis of upper and lower eyelids of both eyes, unspecified type. Meibomian gland dysfunction (MGD) of upper and lower lids of both eyes

What do you wish more people understood about dry eye (or eye pain if that's your main issue) and how it affects people's lives?
It is a constant presence and eye drops only provide temporary relief. It affects the way you function on a daily basis.
What has helped you the most?
Not much - I use preservative free eye drops - (Systane and Refresh) but they don't help much. I am going to start an oral supplement later this week.
