What do you wish more people understood about dry eye (or eye pain if that's your main issue) and how it affects people's lives?
That air movement really exacerbates dry eye. A/C and ceiling fans make summers tough; dry heat in winter, too.
What has helped you the most?
A variety of drops including prescription steroids, heated eye mask and always wearing either glasses or moisture goggles. Keeping hydrated, avoiding sugar, inflammatory foods.
