What do you wish more people understood about dry eye (or eye pain if that's your main issue) and how it affects people's lives?
I wish more people knew that Dry Eye Disease is a real medical condition. So many people say that they have dry eye and perhaps they are bothered by it a bit.But if more knew about this condition, more people would understand. I get the impression many people haven't a clue that Dry Eye Disease differs by magnitudes from eye irritation due to temporary dryness.
What has helped you the most?
Serum or autologous serum tears, when used regularly, are better than not using them. And that is the best that I can say about any treatment.
