We're open! We are so excited to have an actual retail space to welcome our customers to.
Getting here
The Dry Eye Shop is located in Poulsbo, Washington, on the Kitsap Peninsula. We are:
- 5 minutes from the Hood Canal Bridge
- 25 minutes from the Kingston ferry terminal (ferry time is 30 minutes)
- 30+ minutes from the Bainbridge ferry terminal (ferry time is 35 minutes)
- ~50 minutes from Tacoma
Directions from Highway 3:
- Turn west on Pioneer Way (if coming from the north, it's the 2nd traffic light after the bridge; if coming from the south, it's the 1st light after the Poulsbo exits)
- Take the second left into the Twelve Trees Business Park
- Follow the signs to our door (second right, and then second right again).

Welcome!
Our front door...

Reception and hangout space
Help yourself to a hot drink at our coffee station (not pictured). We share space with the Dry Eye Foundation, so make sure to browse DEF's patient literature collection.

The retail & consultation room
It's snug, and still a work in progress, but we are very happy with how beautifully this is coming together!

Night eye protection shields
Our glass heads are sporting the Eye Eco and Blinkjoy brand shields and goggles, and we have many other night protection items such as adhesives, patches and goggles. There are plenty of clean testers you can try on.

Optical
This just shows a few, but we have dozens of styles, colors and lens types for the Ziena, 7Eye Airshield and WileyX Climate Control brands as well as several low budget options.

No, it's not a hair dryer!
This is a little battery-operated hand-held fan that you can use to simulate wind, a/c or fans and check for for a good 'seal' of either dry eye glasses or night goggles.

Drops, gels, ointments
Here's a fun way to compare eye drops.
For safety's sake of course you cannot actually try eye drops here, but you can get familiar with the newest preservative-free bottle mechanisms, compare which brands have the most contents in each vial, and, if you want, squeeze a bit onto a plastic surface (or your fingers) to compare how thick or thin various drops or gels are.

Lid care
Check out dozens of lid hygiene products. Have us warm up a mask for you to see what it feels like, or test a disposable instant mask.

Scleral supplies
This is a work in progress! You can browse many scleral lens related products, including salines, cleaning and disinfection solutions, handling and storage supplies, and kits and caddies as well as the different types of plungers, stands and inserters.

Our team is here for you
Alisha is in charge of the store and does most on-site consultations. While the store itself is open during our normal business hours, it is very helpful to book a consultation time in advance (by phone, text or email) to ensure she can devote all the time you need.
If Alisha is away or unavailable when you arrive, one of our team will get you set up with Brenda for a video consultation while you browse or try on products.
Please come visit
Patients, doctors, technicians, all are welcome. We have big plans to use some more of our new location as an education center, not just a shop. Don't hesitate to speak up for anything we can help you with.

What a beautiful, inviting space! It’s just lovely. You can tell how much care and attention was done to your storefront just by the pictures. Lucky are those close by who can come visit this special spot.
Thank you so much for the work you do, I so appreciate it. The best part is that your store is in Poulsbo, where I live. It’s important to have a place for dry eye sufferers to turn to for help and understanding.😎
