Need-to-knows for ALL customers:
- Customer service will be available throughout our move
- 8am early shipping cutoff Thursday August 13th
- NO SHIPPING on Friday August 14th
- Customer service hours August 13-21 will start at 7:30am rather than 7:00 am PT (closing at 4pm as usual all days)
Need-to-knows for LOCAL customers:
- Retail shop will be closed to walk-ins August 10-21 (for browsing, consultations) - please arrange a remove consultation if needed
- In store pickup resumes Monday, 8/17
