Lid scrub, Lid scrub plus, lid scrub plus platinum, and the Orwellian names go on. I'm surprised they don't have a double plus good lid scrub yet
The Platinum foam is described by the manufacturer as having both anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and is another step up from the Plus foam of the same brand. I have not used this one yet, so I don't have any personal experience to share. As with all lid hygiene products, once you get beyond the basic non medicated ones I highly recommend chatting with your doctor about the best options. There are many on the market, both OTC and, increasingly, Rx only.

I tried using this Ocusoft Lid Scrub Plus Platinum Foam after my shower but it got into my eyes so instead I applied a squirt onto a cotton round folded in half and used half for one eye then applied another squirt to the other half and did the same for the other eye. That worked but I likely will not order these again because I like other products instead that I can wipe and leave in instead of the hassle of carrying separate cotton wipes with this foam.

Hi there, sorry to hear this product did not work out for you. The Ocusoft Lid Scrub Plus Platinum Foam is a leave-on formula that does not require rinsing. You can apply onto a lint-free cloth, pad, or even your fingertip to gently cleanse the lids using side to side strokes without touching the eyes directly.
