Pretty straightforward and nothing special to say about these... they're very handy for use with any of the OcuSoft lid scrub foams and for other lid hygiene product brands for that matter. 

Alternatives: NovaWipes (large) and Bruder (large-ish and individually wrapped)

The most economical option for lid scrubs

A box of premoistened pads doesn't last long when you do lid scrubs once or twice a day. I still like them for travel, but these cleansing pads are just as convenient when I'm at home and a BARGAIN by comparison. I also like being able to use them with whichever cleanser best suits my needs each time.

The only downside is that some pads can be a little scratchy, but the savings and effectiveness more than make up for that.

A bit rough

They feel a little bit rough/abrasive to me, but they do get my lids and lashes very clean. I use them each morning with Avenova Direct lash solution.
