These wipes are very soft and stretchy. They are DRY - you need to use either water or another eye-friendly solution of choice to wet them for use with OcuTherm. 

In terms of softness and stretchiness, I don't know think any of the other dry sheets I've tried are quite as good, but, when wetted, these feel to me very similar to the Optase TTO lid wipes, which are one of my favorites.
