Who is Rebecca?

This disposable, ultra lightweight disposable self-heating mask is basically an Eyedration clone at a lower price point.

As soon as you open the wrapper for one (they are packaged individually) it starts heating up. It has little fold-out thingies that go around your ears to hold it on your face. You may need to hold the pads down on your lids to get the full benefit of the heat. It gets to a good temperature and I think you'll be pleasantly surprised at how long it stays warm.

1. Self-heating

The masks contain powder compartments similar to hand warmers. Each mask is folded and sealed in a foil wrapper. It starts heating up as soon as you tear open the wrapper.

For comparison, the other type of self-heating warm compresses are "instant" - the ones with a metal "snap" disk that that you flick back and forth to activate. Those have to be boiled after each use to reset them. (Examples: ThermoEyes, EyeCloud.)

2. Travel friendly

I think this is the IDEAL option for travel. No microwave needed, no USB outlet, no hot water, no boiling. Carry a couple pouches on the plane - and keep some with you if you don't expect to have a microwave available (or aren't sure).

3. Lightweight 

For people who cannot tolerate weight on their lids, this is the ideal warm compress. For some people, the weight of a classic microwavable compress causes excessive vision blurring, so this featherweight mask is a good alternative.

4. No maintenance

If you find that you're not putting in the effort to keep a warm compress clean, disposable ones may be a better option at times.
