Lubricating sprays can be really helpful for some people. There used to be a liposome spray or two on the market, but they disappeared years ago. It's nice to see something new and innovative in spray format!
You're supposed to spray it on closed eyes and let it seep in. I think dry eye sprays can be helpful in situations like these:
It's supposed to be good for 300 doses, and it has to be used within 3 months of opening. That works out to about 3 uses per day for one bottle, so I think that's a reasonably economical way to get a bit of a boost without using up quite so many preservative free vials, for example.
It says it's compatible with all contact lens types. If any scleral lens users try it out I'll be interested to hear what they think.
Natural and preservative free ingredients in an innovative and simple to use bottle. Relieves dryness and irritation of the eyes and the eyelids.
Specially formulated to strength the tear film lipid layer and protect eyes from drying out. The OPTASE family of products are designed to deliver comfort and soothing relief.
No ingredients of animal origin.

It does take awhile to get use to it! Keeps eye moist all night and rarely have to use my silicone eye mask. Have to wipe excess from face usually but bottle still lasts about 3 months!

It really is weird to spray that on your face because spraying 6" in front of your eye makes about one-third of your face wet and you have to wipe your nose and cheeks because it is very wet and starts dripping. I am getting more used to it and after having used it for about 1.5 weeks my eyes are less irritated and less dry. Before I use the Dry Eye Spray I wipe my closed eyes with a hot washcloth and sometimes use the Thermalon Dry Eye Moist Heat Compress. It is a mask that you microwave for about 19 seconds and then put it on your eyes for 3 minutes. The mask is good but using the Dry Eye Spray is even better.

I was pleasantly surprised at how well this spray works to keep on my nightstand for use at night. I don't have to fiddle with a cap in the dark, I spray on my closed eyes and, yes, the moisture is less intense at first than a direct drop, but the surprising part to me is that it seems to last much longer! Because of the lingering moisture on my eyelids/lashes? Because of the product itself? I don't know. But I'm very happy with it and think I've found my new nighttime product.
