Listen instead of reading   For a change of pace, I thought I'd scroll through our call log today and highlight some conversations to give you a flavor of life on a random Tuesday at the Dry Eye Shop. Just another busy day It looks like between Chaidie and me, we had 49 conversations, which, honestly, is a lot for us in one day. This is not a call center... this is a really different kind of place... and 40 is a BUSY...
